INTRODUCTION:

South Lagoon is a virtual ice cream brand that makes and distributes the most classic of flavors. Take a scroll to discover their starting flavor lineup, brand details, and packaging development.

LOGO DEVELOPMENT

The logo is a representation of South Lagoon's key themes: security, comfort, and down-to-earth. Red was preferred as the main color, with a vintage inspired style coming from the Trattatello typeface. My main inspiration came from birds-eye views of lagoons ↓

BRAND GUIDELINES

Six flavors will make their debut with South Lagoon's first launch: Strawberry, Vanilla, Chocolate, Banana Cream, Mint Chippy, and Peach Cobbler. I used these flavors as inspiration for the visual identity, as well as roughened details from the Trattatello typeface and vintage illustrations for a rustic feel ↓
